I stopped in today on advice of my daughter for early Valentine's flowers. The staff was so amazingly friendly. I saw a bouquet of pink roses they'd just made for another order scheduled for a later pickup. I said oh, I love those. The florist said take them and I'll make another. My daughter also picked an arrangement that she later picked up, and they were perfect! This will be my florist forever! Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.

I ordered flowers on line from Trudy's because it was in the neighborhood close to where I needed them delivered. Did the order completely on line not knowing what to expect, and hoping they could be delivered today. 2 hours later I got a phone call, from Trudy herself! She wanted to confirm that someone would be home to receive the flowers as the phone number I had given her for the delivery wasn't answering. It is 10 degrees here and she did not want to leave them outside to freeze. Talk about customer service!!! And just the sweetest, nicest person on the phone, who genuinely cared about my order and the product and service she was providing me.
