I needed to order flowers for a funeral in Paris, IL. Since I am not local I trusted the florist listed on the funeral home's website. I called Brad's Florist and the man who answered the phone was downright rude. It was as though I was bothering him. I didn't have many options so continued to place my order. He then started to complain about having 3 funerals this weekend. Granted, we all have bad days but no need to take it out on a potential customer who is already upset by the loss of a family member. Needless to say I found another florist with great customer service. Shame on you Brad.
They take the time and care to listen to your needs and provide a beautiful array of options to choose from. The bouquet selections are customizable so we were able to create exactly what we had in mind. The bouquet delivered the pride and love we were looking to express.
