Pepper Creek

I called Pepper Creek on Christmas Eve from out of state. Words cannot convey our gratitude for the lovely arrangement they sent to my granddaughter after her hospital procedure. I have included both photos of the beautiful flowers and her reaction to them. This is truly a special business in Rockford. Thanks so much again.🩷

I came to visit family and wanted to bring them a small boquet. I went in and looked around, the plants are beautiful and well cared for. I can truthfully say that but their customer service on the other hand is horrible, as someone who works in customer service. I picked 5 welted red roses for the price of $3 each and 3 sunflowers for $3 and 2 $2 carnations. I did the math and it came up to $28. I asked the young lady at the counter if we do them ourselves or if they wrap it for us since they told us we were supposed to pick them ourselves. They told us it would be an additional fee for the labor and I completely understand even though at other places they dont charge but thats fine. It was a 25% labor fee, therfore coming out to $35 and asked if we wanted babys-breath and greens and I said yes, we were told to wait so we did. The lady comes out and tells us with in total its going to come out to $50 with the greens and babys-breath. I then asked how much without and she responded at that point I should do it myself. Honestly I didnt need to hear more. I just paid for my plant and left. Its absurd that $15 for greens and babys-breath and I did not need to deal with the snarky response. If you're looking for flowers look elsewhere and dont waste your time.

I just bought my house plant here and I was more than pleased with the quality of the plants when I walked in. The price was excellent for the quality and large size. 11.99$ for this well taken care of, beautiful spider plant! Couldn't be happier! They had so many different varieties of house plants, I'll definitely be back for more in the future. I can tell they really take care of their plants and I highly recommend them.

I had such a wonderful experience with this flower shop! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend’s home, but when the delivery driver noticed no one was answering the door, he actually called me to make sure they wouldn’t get left somewhere unsafe. He even offered—at no extra charge—to take them straight to her workplace so she would receive them safely, and he delivered them within the hour. My friend was so pleasantly surprised, and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful—she loved them! Amazing service and gorgeous flowers. Highly recommend!
