Always amazing customer service. They make you feel like youve known them for years. Very welcoming. Especially Lisa. She brightens up my whole day when i see her. The store is clean even in the restrooms, unlike other places. I was happily surprised. There are 3 other chain grocery stores here but hands down, Schnucks is my store. This location (charles st) State street location is awesome and very homey. Very friendly staff. Especially the meat department. Andreas in the meat dept was cheerful and great customer service. These 2 locations are the best in town in my opinion.
Always pleasant staff. Stocked as much as they can be with supply issues going on globally. Lisa is amazing, and is always so kind and helpful. Always outs a smile on her customers faces.
Granted it was lunchtime but it wasn't busy. I felt rushed to make a decision without knowing all of my options. As more people came in, I was forgotten about-(was waiting on a fresh batch). When they finally noticed me still waiting, I was handed a semi cold container of food. Not to mention the portions were ridiculous. Literally a bunch of rice and a tbsp of 2 entrees. Yep-sooo I didn't finish it & Idk if I'll be back anytime soon. Usually everything is good
A store that's clean neat and orderly and good enough for me. Local clean pretty good selection not a superstore but just fine for me. Nice helpful staff also.
Schnucks prices continue to go up - several of my staples cost less at Woodman's or Meijer and the quality is better. Their Schnucks brand is now Essentials - not sure why the change, the price isn't enough less than brand names to tempt me to try new things and, again, the quality isn't there.
