My family has a very rural cemetery plot in western Illinois, about 80 miles from Rockford and no one from the family lives in the area any longer. I recently had to attend a memorial service for the matriarch of the family and I took a chance on Stems Floral in Rockford with an online order. I was going to be doing a drive-by off the interstate to pick up the urn and stand arrangements on my way through Illinois to the family plot. I cannot express how beautiful the arrangements were. The entire family was beyond impressed and they helped us to honor and celebrate the life of our 108 year old Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother with appropriate shine. In addition, the customer service from the team was exceptional. When I called to confirm the order they made sure to let me know they'd be there to hand off the arrangements that morning and then when I arrived they helped me load the car with care. Five stars all around. Thank you very much!
Have never been to Stems but just received 2 bouquets from them. First of all they use the most beautiful flowers and display them so artfully. Also these pictures are both taken on day 5! I would recommend this florist in a minute.
