Valley Flowers did the flowers fory son and daughter in laws wedding. I thought it might be challenging with a black theme, (bride did add a greenish flower) but they knocked this one out of the park!! And when last minute thoughts happened, they didn't stress but came through best they could. The flowers were beautiful !!
Ordered $150 arrangement for my mother in law. We were living with her at the time so I saw the flower arrangement after they had arrived. My sister in law also ordered her a $50 arrangement fro. A different florists, and ours looked pathetic compared to hers. Ordered a purple arrangement with 12 roses. The arrangement came with 2 purple flowers and 2 roses. It was embarrassing not to mention a waste of money. Ill never order again...and we order flowers at least 7 times a year.
Very unreliable florist that does not stand behind what they sell. There are other florists in the area that are better. Just make sure they aren't owned by this owner. Look at their Yelp reviews and you'll see a better indication of how these people run their business. Their customer service options are 0. Avoid if you can.
The flowers for my mother’s funeral ordered by a friend were not what he asked for and was told would be delivered. They made promises but basically prepared what they wanted and didn’t care when he complained. Very disappointed.
Cannot do any specialty orders. Will take your money and promise the moon, but won’t deliver. Especially funeral flowers. No heart.
