Hyvee Floral is a complete nightmare. No communication about floral delivery, order was never delivered. Management offered already dying flowers as a replacement but no refund.
Flowers has a lot to do with timing of a situation or gratitude at a certain time. I placed an order in the early am upon them opening. Gave them all the info needed, repeated the address twice. They said they would get the order out no problem that day. Then I didn’t hear anything from the sender or the recipient that day. Next morning I call hyvee floral again. The lady said she didn’t have the address for delivery. I literally recall repeating the address twice in a row. But instead of notifying me, I had to call them to get this done. These last three years have been pretty difficult with holding anybody accountable. Thanks for missing the day I really needed those flowers to arrive. So that moment is gone.

Received an arrangement yesterday, but didn’t realize the vase had a crack in the bottom of it. I woke up this morning to a puddle underneath the vase. The manager refused to replace the broken vase (and I know it wasn’t broken by me, because it went from the delivery person to my kitchen table). I know Hy-vee’s flowers are NOT cheap, so this is disappointing that the sender got cheated on their purchase.
Would leave zero if possible. Poor communication, completely messed up our order and didn’t tell us that they couldn’t even fulfill half our order less than 24hrs before our event.
