Dropped off our own balloons the day before a graduation party to the floral dept said we would be back the next day at 1130 and when we returned the following day the balloons hadn’t even been blown up and we were about an hour, hour and a half away from having our party. Communication there between whoever’s working there in the floral/customer service needs to be better. When I spoke to the lady on the phone, I didn’t know if she was frustrated at me or if she was frustrated that they didn’t have the order ready, but I think she could’ve been nicer given the situation.
The most friendly, caring, and helpful pharmacy staff: Patricia & Todd. We had ~10 phone calls to make sure we get vaccinated for Yellow Fever in time for our upcoming trip to Panama. Patricia went above & beyond. I can't thank her enough! Todd was very friendly & professional! We live in Normal & this Kroger pharmacy, especially Patricia with her follow-ups, made it the best option for us to visit for Yellow Fever vaccination!
Stopped to grab some water while passing through town. Decided to treat myself to an apple fritter from the fresh bakery case until I opened the door to the case and fruit flies were flying everywhere. 🤮
Customer service at this location is terrible and I'm extremely disappointed this is the closest grocery store in our area. If you lose anything important just get it replaced, the employees here will not care and will not put forth a real attempt to assist you. Whatever obstacles you'll have to go through to replace what you lost would be better than calling them and asking for assistance.
We just had the best experience with the lovely Kroger employee doing self check out. I did not get her name but she went over and above and just had to say how great she is! Pony tail and glasses. Noon on Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. Thank you!
