I ordered a bouquet by phone for Valentines Day. After giving it to my girlfriend and removing the wrapping, we realized many of the flowers were not fresh. Rose petals started falling off, the edges were dried out, and several flowers were already half-wilted. I’ve ordered from this shop before and was always satisfied, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Photos attached.
