brownstown greenhouse & gifts

Recently lost my husband.spray was pre -ordered by him went over .they still screwed it up.was supposed to be white roses& light yellow.they put all darker yellow.also letters were supposed to be bigger! Not happy when they wrote it down went over it and cant follow own directions.

Thank you Judy and Wayne for doing such a wonderful job on my brother's casket spray. It was perfect, just what we wanted! I had not been in Brownstown Green house before. It is very cute and has a nice welcoming feel. Service is impeccable.

I was incredibly disappointed in every aspect of my dealings with Brownstown Greenhouse. I am from out of town and called to place an order for delivery in Brownstown. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude, seemed annoyed to have to take an order over the phone, and took down my information incorrectly. Since I was not able to be there to select flowers in person, I requested that the florist put together a bouquet at a certain price point. I saw a picture of the finished product, and do NOT feel like it was a good value for the money. The bouquet was mostly greens, carnations, and daisies, with only a couple of nicer stems. I have seen similar bouquets priced at less than half of what I paid. I trusted the florist to be able to put together a nice, coordinated bouquet, but I was not pleased with the final product. There was also an issue with delivery (not the fault of the Greenhouse, they did try to call), but the recipient had to pick up the flowers herself. Even though they were not delivered as promised, I was still charged a delivery fee. I chose Brownstown Greenhouse because I wanted to support a local business and trusted the 2 positive reviews that they had, but I will not make that mistake again. At the very least, if you can’t be there in person, DO NOT use Brownstown Greenhouse.

My sister ordered two baskets for me. One fruit and one gourmet candy. They were a joke. The fruit basket was a bag of store bought apples, a bag of store bought oranges, a bag of store bought grapes...mind you everything left in the store plastic bags. There was a papaya or mango and a few green bananas. The candy basket had various Reese's, m and m, milky way and butter finger bars and dollar get chocolates with dollar general name on them. Very classy Brownstown Greenhouse. Presentation was hilarious and they should definitely not be advertising gourmet anything. The delivery was also a joke. I am upset my sister trusted them. She is very upset and deserves a refund or partial refund. I know I will never use them for anything and I'm local. If I could give this company a zero, I would.👎

This place was so disappointing and a waste of $45. I ordered a corsage and boutonnière weeks in advance for prom. I ordered one of the options they have on their website, but when I tried to pick it up the day of prom it looked nothing like it was supposed to. I specifically asked for gold accents and it only had silver. They “remade” it for me and attached the corsage to the band wrong to where it was lopsided to wear. Also, the white roses were already browning on the edges when we got it from the store. Oh, and did I mention that the corsage was glued to the packaging so we had to break part of it to get it out. So disappointing. Find somewhere better to go for all your flower needs.
