I searched for a 4" lavender ribbon online that met our needs. No luck. Deciding to go local, I found the contact email for the Indy area McNamara Florists. An email was sent with requests/goals. The next day Chris Elliot, the Silk Manager, replied. His promptness was impressive as were his courteous emails. His excellent customer service provided 2 different choices. One which is PERFECT!
