Went in to order some flowers for an anniversary and the staff was very friendly and helpful in picking out what I would like. They had the arrangement ready very fast. It looked great and my wife loved it. The roses lasted a very long time too!

They have designed the most creative, unique flower arrangements from everything to my fathers funeral to my daughters weddings. From peonies, to the most stunning tropicals their selection is undeniably the best in the city! They're super friendly and I would highly recommend them!

Franks wholesale is amazing to work with, from the ordering to the delivery, their service is the best. Lisa makes the ordering process so simple, always making sure you have the best quality and the freshest product. Keely has always gone over and above for me with the delivery and making sure the flowers are in excellent condition when they arrive. Great company to work with.

While our wedding bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful, they were not what we requested. I met with Keely in person to design our flowers. We already had flowers that we were using for the tables and other decor, so we wanted colors and flowers that would compliment each other. When we arrived, I wasn't sure how much I wanted to spend or exactly what I was looking for, so we told her what flowers we were already using and sent her photos of what I liked. She wrote everything down and said she would email me with all of the details. I assumed she would include a list of the flowers she mentioned and clarify some finishing details, but instead she just sent a generic invoice that told me how many bouquets/boutonnieres and how much they each cost. I had no idea what flowers she was using or the size of the bouquets. I emailed her to request more information and asked if the sizes could be smaller or if she could use a smaller variety of flowers to lower the price. It was so hard to communicate through email and I knew that she wasn't taking the time to understand what I really wanted. At that point, I was dealing with school, work, and other wedding plans, so I trusted that she would come up with something beautiful. Our wedding was out of town, so we requested that the flowers be finished the day before by 1. Keely and my mother had an entire conversation about when we were leaving and how to handle the flowers, since the wedding wasn't until the following day. At 12:30, I called to see if they happened to finish early because we were ready to leave. Keely stated that she thought she had until the end of the day and that the flowers wouldn't be ready. She was able to finish them by 1, but they were light, dusty pinks and greens. We specifically asked for blue thistle, which was not used either. Our table decor was bright yellows, reds, and purples. Every single moment I dealt with Keely was so stressful. I dealt with plenty of wedding vendors that made our planning such a breeze. Keely was not one of them and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Went to order flowers for centerpieces. Their website said they help out with ideas and floral suggestions. I started to tell the girl what I wanted and she said We do not help you here. You pick the flowers. I said mums. She said how many snd I looked at the photo I took in and asked her opinion. She said I can’t tell you how many. Very rude. Knew NOTHING about flowers. Went and got a gentleman and he knew nothing about flowers. Waste of time. I asked about why the website said they help and can make suggestions she said again very rudely if you want to pay $65 an hour they’ll tell you. I said fine she said the person isn’t available. It was all so weird. I asked about greenery. I knew what I wanted but not the names so I pointed to some like those on display. The guy said we don’t know the names you can google them and tell us. We walked out and went to a Florist. Frank’s is probably ok for some things but their sales staff needs some people skills training.
