My brother in Arizona worked closely with Jessica, describing what we wanted to honor our uncle at his funeral. My uncle was a Marine in WWII and loved God, family and country. My brother and Jessica were able to communicate the patriotic bouquet and Jessica designed it beautifully. Was less than pleased yet again this year. 2 years ago I got an amazing bouquet for my wife. Last year was much less. This year was better but still nowhere near satisfying for the price.next year will be someone new getting business they deserve... I have no problem paying for what I want. Being disappointed by this place twice is more then enough.
I ordered a small presentation bouquet for a graduation, and it looked worse than a prepackaged grocery store bouquet. I try to shop local when possible but this time it was a mistake. I would have been better off spending $25 on a deluxe arrangement from a grocery store then the what I received from Heathers. I asked for red roses and got red carnations. And absolutely no greens or filler? Lesson learned.
Beautiful bouquet. Had one heck of a day that made delivery crazy, but that's the irony of ordering flowers so I don't forget; I forgot they were coming. Life happens. She did her best to try and get them to me while I was home but I asked her to deliver them while I was not home despite her not wanting them to be in the cold. No worries.
