I wouldn’t even give them one star!! My son is special needs and I was trying to help Him place an order he was shy to do it so I was repeating what he was saying . The lady placed the order with did not ask our name I had to give her my sons name twice! They still didn’t get it right the another lady got on the phone and said she was not going to help us because she thought it was a scam like seriously!! A scam on some flowers!
This was a great experience. The phone number I had for my sister-in-law was no longer in service. They contacted me and I was able to give them the number of another family member. They quickly filled the order as a snow storm was in the forecast for later in the day and my sister-in-law lived 30 minutes away. They wanted to get it to her before the roads became a problem. My sister-in-law called to thank me and sent me a picture. The bouquet was beautiful and just as it was shown. I will be using them again.
