The staff at Flower Basket is awesome! They made a mistake on an order, and even though it was ok, and insisted on making a new bouquet. Becky went above and beyond to make it right, and she succeeded.
I had flowers sent to my mother at Ketchum nursing home for Mother’s Day the bill came to $54.00 and I personally thought it wasn’t worth $25.00 …. Not to mention that I gave them my card to pay for it and they sent me voicemails saying this card isn’t going threw and if you don’t get back with us we won’t be delivering your flowers.. so I called them and they ran the card threw again and it worked just fine!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN…. The other people that seen the flowers said it was not worth $54.00 WHAT A SHAME AND ON MOTHERS DAY!!!
