Bought a arrangement of tye die roses for $84 and was charged a $7 fee just for using my card(for 6 roses) on Valentine's Day and they were wilted and already dying by the next day. Very disappointed in the quality and pricing

I purchased sympathy flowers for a funeral. The staff was extremely helpful on the phone on deciding what flower option would be a good fit. The staff sent me photos prior to delivery & once it was delivered to the destination. They had a nice assortment of cards to pick from to go with the flowers. I had customizable options such as a vase or a basket. I asked the staff to design a flower arrangement. I thought they did an excellent job of hand selecting flowers to create this. The quality appeared good from the photos. Overall very happy with my experience with this flower shop. Thanks for providing beautiful flowers.
