I ordered flowers on 2-13-24 for a funeral. The lady that answered the phone was very short & rude. The flowers the florist delivered to the funeral were very bright and had a "Happy Valentines Day" pick in them. There was a sympathy card attached.
If you know Pat, the heart of this place, she is a wonderful lady and an absolute gem in the community. She did the flowers for my mom’s wedding and every anniversary for the last 28 years. She did the flowers for my prom. Needless to say my whole family will keep returning. I also want to thank her for the beautiful arrangement I was gifted after my son was born.
I would never know about this place if I didn’t participate the Rensselaer Holiday Shop and Stroll. What a festive and cute place! The owner is so sweet. She was giving away fresh flowers for those who visiting her shop. Coffee and chocolates were served too! Great hospitality!
I never go to Rensselaer but sadly needed to as my mom was in the hospital and I was headed there to visit her. I quickly used Google to find a florist “nearby” and couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality, the colors, and the lovely woman I met. (She even gave me a box to help me stabilize for my drive!) Momma left the hospital two days later, brought her flowers home, and they are still continuing to open up and provide lovely scent! If I need flowers and am heading north? I would GLADLY make the detour for Brookside again!
