Ordered plant for a friend, I paid for the premium design plus delivery and a driver tip total cost was close to $130.00. The plant basket she received looked NOTHING like the picture representing the item we ordered. We were VERY disappointed, we wanted to cheer up a sick friend but that's hard to do with this sad looking basket.
My family has always used Wygant, and even though I live in another state, when I call for flowers for my mom, they take the best care of me. When my father died recently, I knew that I would choose Wygant Floral fot his funeral. They are like family to us. I made a few changes to the online offerings and everything was perfect. We received many compliments on our flowers. Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and funerals. Or for any time, just choose Wygant. Thank you for the gorgeous flowers and thank you for 50+ years of serving our family.
My son wanted to send flowers to his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. And he was insistent that they be delivered. So we found Wygant’s online and ordered a bouquet. We paid an extra $10 for the delivery charge and another $10 for a tip on top of the $45 bouquet and tax. These were just delivered to her. Do these photos look similar at all? I appreciate that tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, but could there have been any substitute made to at least offer some quality to the bouquet? Very disappointing.
Once again Wygant came through with a beautiful arrangement for my daughter's birthday. Can't stress it enough, shop local!
If I could rate them a zero I would. I ordered flowers. Delivery was never attempted. Lied to me and told me that the delivery was attempted twice when there was someone at home all day. Never informed me that they try to deliver. Never contacted me to tell me any status update. Would have completely ignored the order if I did not follow up. Be very careful when ordering from them. Their workers also very rude and not responsive when questioned.
