I was really impressed with Magnolia. Ordering on line was easy, and the flowers that were sent looked exactly as described. Caroline texted updates and they arrived in good time.I ordered for my niece's birthday and helped make her day. I would highly recommend!

Best Customer Service!!!!! I chose Magnolia Florist based on other reviews....and I'm so glad that I did! Had a "tricky" order --- sending a special gift, and had more than a few special requests...Caroline went out of her way to make special contact with the recipient to arrange delivery, made adjustments to a standard order to accommodate the circumstances of the recipient, communicated with me all along the way via text AND sent several photos of the arrangement. I am so pleased with this experience and Magnolia/Caroline's service. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I would not recommend this place. Here is why. At my work, I received a bouquet designed & delivered by Caroline, per our phone conversation. I was not at work the day it was delivered, but my coworkers had noticed that some of the blooms looked droopy. My coworkers checked it for water, which they said it had water. Told me of this the next day & I checked it again, which yes, the oasis was wet & there was water in the bottom of the plastic bag, not a liner, that the oasis was sitting in which I discovered when I pulled out the oasis & bag to check it for water.(then ended up with water on my desk because the bag did not sit securely in the container & water leaked out of the unsealed wood container it was put in). I did notice that one of the stems for the roses was actually pushed through the oasis & not receiving water due to that. The daisies in the bouquet had petals that looked curled/crumpled up. I did contact Magnolia, explained what I was experiencing & was basically told.."It was fine when I delivered it! Not sure what happened." Absolutely no care or concern with the quality of the product that was delivered. I know good $$ was put out by my friend who sent it to me. Cut flowers should not look like that on the day of or day after delivery. 👎🏻

With beautiful unique flowers & top-notch customer service, not once, but twice🥰 They always go above and beyond in their bouquets/arrangements adding in a creative spin I just haven’t experienced with other florist here locally.🩷 They went as far as to wait for me to arrive home during snowfall rather than leave my flowers outside for them to be ruined and then maintain that customer service for my delivery (as per my request After realizing the second delivery I received from a different florist was just not quite up to the same standards magnolia floral had delivered with my 1st bouquet.) My number one recommendation for a florist in the Polk county area. Guaranteed to deliver not only on quality product and creativity but also in customer service. THANK YOU for making the receiving end even better 🩷

Caroline brought our wedding floral vision to life in the most beautiful way. Every arrangement from the bouquets to the floor arrangements were thoughtfully designed and absolutely stunning. She perfectly captured the look and feel we were going for, and we were blown away by how everything came together. Beyond her incredible talent, Caroline was such a joy to work with. She was responsive, kind, and truly cared about making our day feel special. She listened to our ideas, offered helpful guidance, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. We received so many compliments on our flowers and are so grateful for the care and creativity Caroline poured into our wedding. We can’t recommend her enough!
