I was so pleasantly surprised at how amazing this company was. They are so friendly and prompt. I ordered my sister some flowers for her birthday and they arrived at her home at 8 in the morning so she was able to enjoy them for her whole birthday. The flowers were so beautiful along with the vase. She will be repurposing the vase and I will be reusing this company for a long time.
My husband and I went in to order flowers for his dad's funeral in Council Bluffs. This is a difficult time for us and they showed no empathy. The staff were rude and told us to call the other store ourselves because they only work with Floweramas in Iowa. We went to Hy-Vee on Jonhson Ave and they talked directly to the manager in Council Bluffs for us to order what we wanted. They cared. We will not be coming back to this Flowerama.
