Very disappointed in the dozen roses purchased by my husband for our anniversary. He picked them out and told her to put them in a vase. The roses were cut to 5 to 6 inches crammed in a short vase. I told him he shouldn't of accepted them. This florists knows nothing about long stem roses. Myself or my husband will never purchase roses there again.
My wonderful husband purchased an arrangement for my December birthday. As pleased as I was by the gesture, I have never seen a worse bouquet. The florist made it for him. This is December, not June, a birthday, not a hospital visit. It was hard to smile and say I loved it. The flowers don't look fresh, the balance is awful and the colors are totally inappropriate.
I have bought from Hy-Vee floral multiple times for different things. Yesterday I was going to order a wrist corsage for my 9 year old online . They had options for $25,30 and $35. I decided to call and pace the order. I told them the dress was black and white so add a pop of color and I wanted a $25 arrangement. I showed up to pick this up and they charged me $35 and added no color. Highly disappointed but have no time to find a new one. Pretty but not what I ordered or the price I asked for
