my (now) boyfriend went here friday and told the ladies he wanted me to ask a girl to be his girlfriend.the ladies got his opinions on flowers he liked, followed his request of cat-safe plants, and got him all set up while he went out to look at pumpkins. they did a great job and i loved the flowers. thank you for helping on our special moment

I used to love this shop, as I have nostalgic memories of my dad (who passed away when I was 18) getting flowers for my mom every year from here and it felt so special. Since meeting my now husband, I always encouraged him to get flowers from here instead of a competitor that he used to get them from, but after several disappointing arrangements over the past few years, I don't think I'll do so anymore. He spent a lot of money on an arrangement he had custom made to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It arrived at 8 PM, was missing flowers that he paid for, and the majority of the flowers in the arrangement were dead or nearly dead; it was depressing. This wasn't the first time this has happened either; something similar has happened on Mother's day, our anniversary, and my birthday. I have been letting it go, because I know how busy it gets on 2 of those dates, but now that prices have dramatically increased and it's happened so many times I'm just done. I think I'll try another local florist from here on out. I'm so sad and disappointed!

I ordered pink flowers worth $50 for my sister and she did not get what was shown in the picture online. I asked it to be deliver on 02/13 but then they delivered yesterday which 02/12 . I do not like the fact that I got something I love and know my sister would love and you guys sent ugly flowers. Now I want refund or you guys to send my sister the same exact one I ordered but no one is answering my calls ...I need someone to call me back ASAP ! This ruined my mood for valentines and my sisters. WHAT I ORDERED IN THE SECOND PIC BUT WHAT MY SISTER RECIEVED IN THE FIRST PIC

EDIT: I read the negative reviews and want everyone to know that you should always call the shop directly. I used to be co-owner of a shop years ago. If you order online you aren't getting your money's worth. The corporate 1-800flowers takes a cut from the order off the top. The florist who gets the order fulfills it based on what they get. ALWAYS call a brick and mortar shop. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and asked for a round, colorful arrangement. Daughter's nickname when she was little was Sweet Pea so I had them put that on the card. When I got the pictures of the arrangement, I was happy to see they included some actual Sweet Pea. Thanks for the beautiful bouquet!

Have gotten flowers from these guys for 2 years and they haven’t disappointed once! They are super nice and accommodating! Great location to get flowers from!
