I don't have a great need for flowers, but I was out of state and text Bel Floral owner that I wanted a silk flower arrangement made for our daughter-in-law as her Mom had passed away. I had an odd request to include 2 goldfinch as they had sentimental value to our daughter-in-law and I could have cried with joy when I went to pick it up. It was PERFECT! Very reasonably priced and exactly what I was hoping for. ♥
Update: The owner reached out to apologized, I returned the plant, and she gave me a full refund. Changed my review from a 1 to a 3. **** A couple days ago I ordered a plant for my sister's funeral via the their website. I picked up the plant in store today. I understand substitutions happen due to availability, but in no way did this plant look like the photo I chose. I had to have the lady add another plant to fill in better. The red flowering plant is drooping bad and not sure if it will make it overnight. The basket is lined with paper foil and it won't be able to be watered and dirt is coming out of the bottom and sides of the basket everytime you move it. I don't have time now to have it fixed.
Living out of state I know I can depend on Penny & her crew to send beautiful arrangements. I love going into the store when I come home to visit too! Thank you & keep up the beautiful work!
I live out of state, and this is my go-to floral shop when sending flowers in the area. They are so nice and do beautiful arrangements. My Mother-in-law jumps for joy when they appear in her driveway! They always make a lovely wrist corsage for my mother-in-law every Mother's Day and her birthday. These folks are the easy button when it comes to custom floral designs in Iowa Falls and the surrounding communities!
