Hometown Florist has never let me down on any floral arrangement. I am so thankful for her & her creativity!
She was very polite and flowers were there first thing in the morning like she said. The problem is I got two roses and three little carnations for $50. No vase just the flowers. Kinda spendy i think.

I am from Texas and had to send flowers to Red Oak, IA for my bosses friend's mother's passing. I spoke to the funeral home which recommended this florist, without a website I didn't know what I was getting, but was assured for the price I was paying it would be a big arrangement. I asked for a picture and this is what I got for $160.00! When I told the owner that I envisioned a much larger arrangement she told me each rose was $15.00 and could take them out to add different flowers, I let her know that they were indeed pretty, but definitely felt like this arrangement was not what I expected for the price I paid; her response was she could go and pick them up from the funeral home and refund my card (as if that was an option, it was the day of the viewing)! Rather than add more flowers to try and help her customer that was her answer; unbelievable and very unprofessional, there is something to be said for business ethics. This was not a good experience. Very disappointed customer :(
