The flowers weren't delivered, I called the floral department they assured me they were. I was standing in the house where they were to be delivered and they were not there. Had I lived out of town I never would have known Hy-Vee's incompetence. Hy- Vee knew it was for a funeral the timing with essential, had I known Hy-Vee wasn't capable of doing their job, and giving me what I paid for I would have called another florist.
Beautiful floral arrangements to select from or customize your own with the help of a florist. You can choose from fresh cut flowers and have them arranged or one premade. So many choices from snack candy bar arrangements, ballon bouquets, and plants. I worked with a florist whom helped me make just the right corsage for a special event, she helped me stay in my budget, gave me choices of ribbons and made it fun! Very friendly.

Forgive me if I get the name wrong as I was so concerned with knowing I had the right department, I wasn't paying attention to the name, but a lovely lady by the name of Louanne (I think??) absolutely made my day. I live in Colorado and wanted to send my sister an arrangement, and she was SO kind and helpful. I appreciate you all so very much! Thank you for making my sister's day better and bringing warmth to my heart as well!
