Lol thanks edible arrangements for delivering my order after hours even after changing my address because you wouldn't make it before my job closed, even though the delivery time was supposed to be waaaaay before that.. We'll make our own next time and for less than $83!!!!!!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
We stopped in on a Saturday to get some chocolate dipped strawberries for my birthday. It’s was a warm summer day and the store was warm and stuffy. Being edible arrangements I expected the store to be cooled and filled with arrangements in the display cooler. Only two plates of strawberries with Happy Fathers Day smeared on them with icing were on display in the case. She said it would take about 15 minutes to make us a dozen if we wanted to wait, so we did. There were no other customers or staff in store. We took the dozen home and put them in the fridge. This was on Saturday afternoon. Took them out Monday morning and they were already covered in MOLD. WTH?! What a waste of $57.00! 😨😠
Dillon gave me the best customer service ever when I stopped in for a cone of chocolate covered strawberries!!! He was fast and friendly and this store has smoothies and other great HEALTHY TREATS!!! Stop by and see him!!!
First I had to call them at 11am to make sure they were going to be delivered by noon. They were like oh we were going to call you because the place you want to take it doesn’t take deliveries. And I was like no your lieing because I just had something else delivered ten minutes ago and they got the item just fine. Then I was like I need it delivered by 12 which is what I put when I ordered two weeks ago. The lady was like well I don’t know we have many other orders. I ordered two weeks ago it should have been arranged to be dropped off at the correct time.
What I expected vs what I got.. this was a gift for bosses day and the execution is a complete fail!! Berries aren't even going the same direction. And yes this was $60!!!! I'm beyond embarrassed and could have done a better job for $10!
