I called in for a same day delivery (I live in a different town and was having them delivered to a friend) and the gal who helped me was so sweet. I told her about an arrangement I liked on the website and asked if they could do something in similar colors on my budget. She had a perfect suggestion and my friend sent me a photo later of the flowers and they turned out perfect!
I ordered flowers over the phone for my mother's birthday, as she lives in Clay Center, and was highly disappointing by what she received. There was only a few carnations and daisy's, some filler, and lots of empty space in the vase with a ribbon plainly tied around the vase. No where worth the amount of money that was paid for the arrangement! What an embarrassment of a birthday gift. I will never use them again and my mother will be sure to tell her friends about the sub par arrangement she received from Clay Center Floral.
Just moved to the area from Hutchinson area. I used Don's Floral down there for years. Looking to find a new florist and I found them. Very nice to speak with have sent flowers a couple of times in the last few weeks the last one I just had an idea of what I wanted to send. I spoke to them over the phone and they nailed it!!! Absolutely beautiful flowers that last several days. I send flowers to my wife every few weeks or so just because I can, not because I'm in trouble lol. This is my new flower shop. I will continue to use them for years to come and would very highly recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful, quality and professional flower/gift delivery.
