OMG! Lisa was amazing ! She put together a basket of goodies for my daughter and her Cheer team at college when they were in quarantine from Covid! She actually went to the store personally and picked a huge assortment of snacks, and puzzle books! Again she went above and beyond and the best thing was she didn’t charge me an outrageous fee! Will use her again for sure!
Ordered a flower arrangement for a family member that had recently been discharged from the hospital. I searched the internet for a place to have deliver an arrangement. I called and they were so nice and flexible. Not being able to see what they were going to make because I am out of town, I said I would trust them with their choice. The arrangement was beautiful. We called this florist because a friend of ours had a family member pass away in Dodge City and we wanted to send flowers. The arrangement was very nice, and the florist was able to deliver them in a timely manner (we called at 4:30 the evening before, and the service was at 11:00 the next morning). However, I felt taken advantage of because I told the representative on the phone that I wanted to spend in the "$60-70 range," and the charge to my card was over $83. I suggest you don't make my mistake, and if you use this florist over the phone, you should get an exact quote on the price of an arrangement before giving them your card information.

Never delivered flowers that I ordered for next day to a hospital. I called Sandy at the florist five days later when I heard that they were not delivered and she said they wrote down my wrong credit card number. Said they called me and left a message. I have no message. Doesn't seem very organized. I didn't give a one star because they might do good work but I guess I'll never find out.
