Hy-Vee Floral

Hyvee provided all of our flowers at our wedding. The bouquets were beautiful!

I placed an order late in the day and the employee went above & beyond to get the bouquet delivered. Much appreciated!

Ordered 70 white tulips for my wedding reception and they arrived in perfect condition. Also got an all white small bouquet and boutonniere that were. beautiful. They were great to work with!

I tried to speak with someone four different time about having HyVee Floral do my wedding. Once I stopped by on a Sunday a week before Valentine’s Day. I was told to make contact after Valentine’s Day because they were so busy…. understandable. I happened to be in the grocery store again, and just wanted to make contact and possible arrange a meeting. I was told was first told by an associate that she would get someone, well the associate came back and told me to call a number. She was then given something something by another worker in the floral department a price listing- to give to me… fine. I called on a Wednesday to set something up with the floral department around one in the afternoon. I was hoping to set something up that day, but was told I needed to make an appointment, I set something up with Eden for Saturday, not a specific time, but was told she would be there from 9-5. Eden told me to call before I came up to ensure that someone else was in the floral department… okay. Saturday my fiancée and were in the parking lot about 2:30, well before five. I called to make sure, just like I was instructed. Someone answered the phone in the floral department, so I asked about talking with someone regarding wedding flowers. I was told Eden was there but couldn’t meet with me… that she was about to leave for the day. Needless to say, I am done trying to work with HyVee Floral to do the flowers for my wedding. It is quite obvious that they have absolutely no interest in doing that business for me… which is a shame. I was hoping for HyVee to have all of my wedding business.

I brought in my own vase which I had found at a thrift store and which the form of an owl had significance for a friend. I asked HyVee if they could put a wildflower like arrangement in it for me. I was more than pleased at the outcome. Thank you for a beautiful arrangement!!!
