Awful experience. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday 2 weeks in advance to ensure I didn't forget. I waited until her birthday expecting to surprise her, but the flowers were never delivered. I called the store phone number and no one answers and the mailbox is full. Absolute joke.
THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not use this business! I placed online order and noticed they had made a mistake so I tried calling. The phone number does not work!!!! I was charged for the WORST arrangement, delivered the wrong day, with no sympathy card!!! It was NOTHING like I paid for. The poor, sad recipients didn’t even know where or who it came from. Going to the State Attorney General now.
I ordered premium flowers for a very special occasion, I counted and trusted that it’d get delivered just like the photos on the website. I wanted it to be special but they ruined it and I received the most sadist flowers. I tried calling and emailing numerous times to figure it out but no answer whatsoever. If you cant do business properly just don’t claim that you do. Shame on you
My husband ordered 20th Anniversary flowers two days in advance. He upgraded to the “Premium” bouquet. When the flowers had not arrived by 2pm, he started calling. They do not answer their phone, or return left messages. After finally replying to email, at 330, they said the driver was on his way. They were delivered after 4pm. The bouquet was certainly less than Premium and nothing like the representation. A day of celebration turned into a day of frustration and terrible service! I do not recommend and we will not use again.
I ordered a beautiful premium bouquet from this place for my anniversary. The flowers had not arrived by 4pm and I called multiple times. No answer from the business. They finally arrived after 5pm and I am so disappointed. Pictured below is what I ordered and what I received. Now I have called and e-mailed with no response about a refund. What I received would not have cost $25 at Costco. This is a scam, and they take no responsibility for ripping you off. Update: someone did reach out to me through Yelp to tell me I wasn't scammed and it was an accident. However, upon asking for a refund I have been ghosted. Hopefully people read the countless terrible reviews and avoid spending a dollar with Ranchview Flowers!
