Easy to work with, quality arrangements. Beautiful custom "florist's choice" arrangement at my specified price point, including a little balloon and a sturdy, decorative vase. Dropped off my request on a Sunday afternoon and picked it up a couple hours later before the Floral Department closed, but they said the Customer Service desk could have retrieved it if I arrived after hours too. Highly recommend Hy-Vee Floral!
Anna at HyVee Floral made the most incredibly bridal bouquet for me! Her communication was efficient, and she took all my ideas and turned them into a treasured piece of my wedding day.
Woman who took my initial order was all over the place and very rude. Fairly certain she did not get my order correct to begin with, but I had faith they would do good, as I have always loved Hyvee. However, after verifying that I still did want my order to go out, it did not. Not only did I not get my order, but the service was absolutely horrid. Their store front may be beautiful, but their attitudes are everything but. VERY disappointed and I will never order again considering this is the SECOND time this has happened. The rest of this store is wonderful, just steer clear of this department....
