Scam business - do not buy! I found their website via maps and did not do my due diligence before ordering. This is a complete scam business and will not provide anything close to what you pay for. I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's two weeks in advance and was emailed a day before my pickup that their store had moved locations but would still provide free delivery. I called to get things figured out, but their phone number does not work. I have never been more upset with myself for not looking for reviews first. Not sure how this business is still operational and promoted online.

Integrity is a cornerstone of business. Premier Floral has none. My mother ordered an arrangement for my daughter's graduation that was to be delivered Monday. Due to storms Monday evening, Premier said it would be delivered Tuesday morning, which is understandable. Tuesday afternoon it was allegedly with the driver for delivery. After that, they stopped answering the phone. Flowers finally showed up Wednesday morning. The photos below show the arrangement that was ordered, and the orchid likely purchased from Hy-Vee and set on our doorstep. Watching the doorbell footage back, the driver couldn't get back to their car fast enough. All the one star reviews are real. Run, don't walk away from this florist.

If I could give them a zero, I would give them a zero. I ordered a B well bouquet for my daughter who just recently had surgery and I also ordered a box of chocolates. She did not get the chocolates which I paid for and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture. I have tried to call them, but for some reason, their call will not go through. I can call everybody else. I wanna call but their call always fails. I will never use Always let everybody know what a scam business they are The picture on the left is what I ordered. The picture on the right is what I got. I could’ve done better by going to Hy-Vee and ordering a bouquet

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not use this business! I placed online order and noticed they had made a mistake so I tried calling. The phone number does not work!!!! I was charged for the WORST arrangement, delivered the wrong day, with no sympathy card!!! It was NOTHING like I paid for. The poor, sad recipients didn’t even know where or who it came from. Going to the State Attorney General now.

Save your money and order somewhere else. I ordered flowers (pictures attached) on 2/2/2022 for delivery on valentine's day and also as a gift because of my boyfriends recent cancer diagnoses. The flowers were around $55 themselves plus delivery fee etc. I liked the simple red and white color scheme and the simplicity/elegance. What he ended up receiving was no where near what I had paid for (pictures attached) I understand holidays are busy but really? I should have grabbed some cheap flowers from Hyvee. Here is their own substitution policy: "Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability...Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value". The flowers I received did not follow the above policy because the bouquet was not near the same size/measurements as what I had ordered, the color scheme and theme were thrown out the window, as well as the type of flower is completely off. I see swapping the red roses for pink but I cannot justify the rest Ok thank you for listening to my rant. You've been warned..
