Ordered flowers for my Moms birthday the night before, arrived next day and they are beautiful! Can't help but to notice this is the largest bouquet I've ever seen from ordering online. Thank you for making the delivery on short notice!

Quality - ✅ Customer Service - ✅ Quality of Flowers Ordered - ✅ On Time and Right Place Delivery - ✅ AND.... they called me to confirm something that I had messed up on the order (I had put my own name on the 'send to' instead of my spouse). They noticed the possible error and called to confirm the correct person to send to. The photo is of the flowers 2 1/2 days after they were delivered. Still looking awesome! Not the first time I have used them for flowers, and they ALWAYS DELIVER (pun intended)! 😊

I ordered an arrangement thinking that for $200.00 it was going to be a larger arrangement than we received. (Picture deceiving) I got another arrangement from another shop that was twice the size (white lilies & much more) for the same price and I was so shocked when I picked up my order at Russell's and asked the lady I picked them up from, that's a $200 arraignment and she actually retorted, "Well when you order an arrangement with expensive flowers in them that's what you get." I will never go there again and will let others know to go to another shop that gives you what you pay for. The left is Russell's and the other is another shop...
Spent $25 on a dozen mixed roses and this was 2 weeks ago. They’re still thriving and smell amazing! Not sure where these roses are from but I will be back! The big box retailer may be slightly cheaper but they do not last! Thank you!!
