I can't even begin to express what an awesome experience it was to work with this amazing company. I had a rush floral delivery need. The owner and employees made every effort to make the delivery happen as quickly as possible, with an arrangement that was breathtaking. They also gave me a bit of an unexpected bonus that made me feel like it was me who was receiving the floral gift. BEAUTIFUL!! Fall arrangement delivered to my sister-in-law was amazing. 5* for every aspect! Great service - rec'd a phone to arrange for in-person delivery rather than leave in the heat on the porch. Definitely made sister-in-law's birthday extra special.
Shirls did a beautiful job with our wedding, including multiple bouquets and boutonnières as well as decor. She communicated very clearly and often and was always reachable. She carried out our order flawlessly and was so caring and excited for us that at some point she became family. We were so blessed to have her help.
I ordered a very small bouquet, 2 boutonnières and 1 corsage (silk flowers) and it came to $200. The problem is that I was told on the phone it would be $135 and was then surprised when the total was $182 plus $6 credit card fee (then tax). It was pretty, but I feel like I could have done it myself for $30 and I wanted to support a local business. When I called to ask about the $50 extra charges she told me it was a misunderstanding and it would be crazy to have these items for only $135.
