I have used Custenborder Florist numerous times and never been disappointed. They do a great job. Polite and professional
I ordered flowers from this shop to give to my friend who I was surprising at her graduation. I called a week in advance and made sure my order was set and paid over the phone. When I arrived the day before her graduation to pick up my flowers (at the date and time I had told them I'd be there) the flowers were not ready. The only lady working (bless her heart) had to prep my flowers, leading to a very rushed bouquet. I paid 40 dollars for what I could have gotten at a local grocery store for 20. Probably wouldn't choose this flower shop again. But mad props to the lady who was working that shift alone and for powering through!
This is not the first bad experience with this florist but it will be the last. Flowers were dying less than 24 hours from delivery. Took them to the shop and was told they would send a completely new arrangement. I gave them the chance to fix it and they failed again. Sent the same bouquet with a couple of white carnations added to the same dead arrangement. Complete rip off.
Flowers were supposed to be delivered to me yesterday for my birthday. They showed up, didn’t knock or ring the doorbell (my daughter in law was home) and left a note for me to call them for my flowers. I showed up there at the shop and my flowers were still with the driver who is “new” and apparently didn’t know to knock or ring the bell. I still don’t have my flowers, over 24hrs later and I’m not even confident I’ll get them today. They refuse to do a refund and just keep saying the driver is new. Do better than that. I’m very disappointed.

This wonderful florist shop has people who will always listen to what you want, be honest about how they can best get what you're after, and create beautiful bouquets that last for practically weeks! Seriously, I don't know what their secret is to long lasting flowers! Anything from dance recital bouquets for my nieces, birthday bouquets for my grandparents, or even a just-because-they're-your-favorite bouquet of marigolds for my husband, if you're looking for a top-tier local florist this is the place I recommend!
