Negative stars. When we walked in to pick up these “gift baskets” we had ordered in advance and spent $140 on, we thought we were on an episode of a prank tv show. The baskets we ordered and had spoken to the lady on the phone confirming what we wanted were the basket, I included a picture of, on their website. As you can see, there are SEVENTEEN visible items in the basket of the picture they provided on their website of what this basket should look like. The sad, sad, sad baskets we walked in to find had FOUR visible items each. These baskets as you can see, look like something a six year old with a budget of $10 would put together. Not a middle-aged woman charging $70+ each, for what? I don’t know. It’s not quality products, or skill, or customer service that’s for sure. We were very disappointed and out of options as we were on our way to funeral and wanted our money back because money would’ve been a better sentiment than these embarrassing baskets. The young man working, called who I assume is the owner, or at least the woman that put these monstrosities together, and she was the rudest person we have ever talked to. She whined asking what she was going to do with her $5 worth of “perishables” and tried to get us to simply pick something else readymade instead. There was nothing else acceptable for us to take to a funeral so we had to take these baskets and apologize to the family when we presented the baskets to them. I will warn every person I know about this scam artist. Never again.

Jamie was making flowers for a baby shower for me. There was a hiccup in the planning that was totally my fault. Jamie came up with a very generous solution & everything turned out wonderfully. THANK YOU!!

Extremely disappointed! I ordered an eternal grace funeral spray to be delivered to my husband's uncles funeral service. I was told that all of Bardstown was unable to get Lilies, which was fine, the guy I talked to said they could substitute with a type of Chrysanthemum, I explained I DID NOT WANT CHRYSANTHEMUMS, they are not equivalent in cost to lilies. I agreed to adding additional white roses and yellow roses in place of the Lilies. When I got the photo from my mother in law of what was delivered there are no additional white roses, no yellow roses, but they added the chrysanthemums, and the eucalyptus from the photo was also missing. Also the Cross on top was almost falling off, the whole thing looks like it was slapped together. And the sympathy ribbon i was told would be on it, wasnt there either.For $245 I expected better pride in their work. I called and left a message and never received a call back! I live in michigan so it's not like I can just drive over there. Pictures are of what I ordered vs what I got. Apparently what customers want and pay for doesn't matter, they'll do what they want.

Donna and her team rocked these bouquets for my two aunts’ surprise party. Delivery was at the time they said and she took our descriptions of the colors we wanted for each of my aunts and they loved them!! Very personal and always have a great end product!
