Delivery was good, arrangement was pretty, but some flowers were dying/wilting. Also the kroger tag was still on the vase. Not great customer service and especially pricey
Anthony created the most beautiful floral arrangement for my daughter‘s baptism. We put the order in last minute and he was able to turn it around in less than 24 hours and delivered it personally himself the day before the baptism thank you so much Anthony for adding such beauty to our special day!
My partner ordered me flowers on Saturday, they were stated to be delivered on Sunday night and I did not get them until this morning. We both tried to call multiple times and no one answered. That is my main issue, I do not mind if they don’t get delivered the day after but don’t put the status as delivered unless they were such. The flowers were finally delivered to me and they are beautiful. The reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 1 are because of the flowers. Yellow is my favorite color and they’re really pretty. Edit: in response to the owner, it’s fine that you don’t deliver on sundays, the issue is that the status was changed to delivered on Sunday. I thought they were stolen or something
Anthony does an amazing job at accommodating the needs of his customers! He deserves 100 stars! The arrangements are top quality and delivered with care and consideration of the event. He communicates with his customers respectfully and is very upfront about what he is able to accommodate on a time crunch! He is our go to person! Very disappointed. Bouquet was supposed to be delivered the day before. Then it came 24 hrs after promised time. It arrives in this condition, I contacted the owner. He replies that’s I can remove the bad pedals. Every flower looked tired and old, definitely not fresh. Deemer’s and McKenzie’s still by far the best.
