There was a system glitch on Valentine's Day and they did not have the order my husband placed. He contacted them around 4pm that day when they hadn't delivered and not only did they personally deliver them, but they had upgraded our order to the biggest and most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. They also brought us some bonus goodies for the issue. Not only did they fix the issue, but they went above and beyond.
Love this place! Beautiful flower arrangements! Also, tons of plants and decor for your home. I recommend this place to everyone.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I stopped by just to browse and was amazed at the selection of unique items and beautiful plants.
Since my husband and I met he has always used MacKenzie's for all of our special occasions or just because flower deliveries. I always told him if we ever get married we have to order our flowers from here. I had no idea just how special they would help make our big day! The staff are wonderful and the attention to detail for our big day was exceptional. Just go to them with an idea and let their creativity go to work. Do note I am very picky and hard to please when it comes to decor and arrangements. They hit it spot on. Thank you again to all the staff for doing you...
