Wow!!! I'm just shocked... I called a random flower shop in Brodhead Kentucky to order flowers for Senior Night for my niece.. Who answers the phone, my aunt Williametta!! We live in Ohio, and we really thought we were calling a random flower shop!! Love y'all!! I'll give family 5 stars any day!!
They go over and beyind with customer service. I’m out of town but they made sure I was happy with my arrangement. They were so accommodating! Thank you again!
Shockingly rude customer service. I do appreciate them delivering the product a far distance away, though they had an issue with the delivery. Please be calm, patient, and kind with folks on the phone. There are many ways/tones to say the same thing, you may want to choose the gentlest way. The recipient's brother was shot and killed on Friday, and the situation is already stressful enough. I didn't need to be snapped at for you "wanting to go home on time today," or calling me "hunny" in a disingenuous tone. You also apparently don't "know everybody in town." Please cool it.
