The arrangement wasn't like the listing on the website, it's missing a good amount of greenery and clear vase. After speaking to the recipient, it was missing the card also. Additionally, I had to call and ask when it would be delivered, because at 330pm it had not been received. The arrangement I purchased was $125 w/$10 delivery. After receiving pictures of the flowers, they looked like a lesser interpretation of what I had paid for. I reached out to the shop about my order. They stated that they felt that they did an "excellent job" on the flowers, and pointed to the disclaimer on their site, regarding "substitutions" and offered nothing more than them seemingly doubling down on their pride. I advised that, while I appreciated them letting me know of this information, as I'm not from the area, that they could have let me know of the substitutes being made. Be mindful when you order, as you may not get what's pictured and they will respond in a prideful manner pointing to their apparent "buyer beware" disclaimer.

I could not have been more pleased by the flowers sent to our daughter in laws grandmother's funeral services. Not only were they beautiful but were delivered on the same day as as the service. We are not from that area so you never know what your going to end up getting. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful.

Called to order a special birthday bouquet for Aunt's 80th birthday and the owner's daughter, Alisha, was so kind, courteous, and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us send a beautiful & thoughtful bouquet. Thank you!

I debated whether to write this review, but the more I thought about it, the more frustrated I became. Unfortunately, my experiences with this florist have been disappointing on multiple occasions. My first experience was in April 2024 when I ordered a specific type of flower to include in my wedding bouquet (which I was making myself). I placed the order early in the week and was told their delivery truck would arrive later that week—on Thursday, if I remember correctly. When I picked up my order on Friday, I was informed they only had four of my flowers left because they hadn’t anticipated needing extra flowers for two funerals that weekend. I understand that unexpected events happen, but in my opinion, if a customer places a specific order, those flowers should be reserved and not used for something else. Fast forward to yesterday: I stopped by to order a small bouquet for my husband to give to my stepdaughter for a Daddy-Daughter Dance later that evening. They asked about my budget and what I had in mind, and I said I wanted something small, preferably purple, and thought daisies would be cute. The florist assured me she could put something together and that it would be ready in about 30 minutes. When we picked up the bouquet, it was not at all what I expected. Not only was it small for the $20 price tag, but it also wasn’t what I had requested—and it wasn’t even purple; it was pink (p.s. my step daughter hates the color pink). To make matters worse, the woman my husband dealt with at pickup was unpleasant, just like the woman I interacted with during my first visit in '24. I believe in giving businesses second chances because I know everyone has bad days, but after two disappointing experiences, I cannot recommend this florist. If you’re looking for professionalism, quality, and reliability, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for your floral needs.
