Sherry checked in via text about the arrangement I had ordered. She then called to reassure me that the bouquet had been delivered and placed in a safe shaded place (since the recipient wasn't yet home from work). Wow! The best flower shop service I've ever received, hands down.
I was looking for a flower service last minute in Fort Knox, although I don’t live in the area I found keepsake korner. They did a great job with my next day delivery. The flowers looked like the picture, they were reasonably priced and more importantly very helpful and responsive. The flowers were deliver on time. I will absolutely recommend and use them in the future.
Ordered flowers for my wife, and the manager professionally worked with me when I needed to change the delivery date. My wife didn't answer the door when delivery was attempted, so the store called me since they didn't want the flowers to freeze. I quickly contacted my wife and she retrieved the flowers. She stated that it was the prettiest arrangement she ever received. Update: The lilies opened up almost a five days later and looked great.
I want to give them a better rating, and their bouquets are beautiful. This is the second time my husband has ordered flowers through the shop. The first time I got the flowers and some of them were dying and or broken and only lasted like two days. This time he spent close to $80 for anniversary flowers, yes the bouquet is pretty but there are flowers missing petals, ones that are squished into themselves like the middle of the flower, and some that are turning brown on the tips already. I just got them about 5 mins ago, and spending that type of money on flowers you expect them to be in the best shape and that you get what you pay for. I understand that flowers are fragile, but happening two times in a row and for the price, I expect them to come not dying, missing petals, bent or broken, and lasting for more then a day or two with proper care. *Edit for response to owner* Thank you for the response and the explanation. They were handed to my husband so not left outside. Also so you know the next day I had several dead flowers already on top of how the others arrived. I also appreciate you offering to make it right. My husband ordered them and will be calling soon or stopping in to see what can be done. Hopefully after this all gets handled I can update my rating and add another edit to my review. Edit #2 Update. The owner came through in a amazing way. She brought me a beautiful silk centerpiece for fall, for our dinning room table. It's gorgeous. Thank you to Sherry for making it right and going out of here way to make sure her customers are happy and satisfied. Will definitely go through her again. Hard to find businesses that go out of their way like this. Thank you again. Updating to 5 stars.
