Terrible business management. Delivered 2 Peace Lillies to the funeral home for my Fathers funeral. Tiffany (owner) called the day after he was buried asking to come get the Peace Lillie’s. Said they made a mistake and they weren’t supposed to be for my Father, even though it had been 3 days since they were delivered. We told her no, we’ve already brought them home and split everything up for us kids. It wasn’t our mistake, they needed to figure something else out. Ten minutes later they showed up to get them even though we told her no. Crushing my 85 year old grieving Mother. We will never use this business again.

Helping your friend grieve from a distance is difficult, but Geneva's helped us tremendously. We called and gave a brief description of what we would like to send and a price point. They assured us they would be able to do that, asked us color preferences, and then produced a basket beyond what we imagined and made sure it was delivered.
