A family run business for I don't know how many years, it's the florist my family and I always go to. They always do their best to get in exactly what you want and stop for a chat. Friendly, helpful, and impeccably courteous.

I ordered a basket of violets with lavender ribbon and butterfly. Both the violets and the color had meaning and what was sent was an ordinary house plant with peach ribbon and butterfly. My message was left Donna and ____________ Last Name, totally leaving out the name of my son. The name could have easily been fixed with a call and at least I would have had a clue of such dramatic changes. I would NEVER use this florist again. Horribly disappointed and frustrated that a gesture with meaning became not only confusing but BASIC, without meaning.
I placed an online order today for a very specific arrangement and had a horrible experience. I ended up cancelling the order from online and calling Loper's very frantic with a very short deadline.
