I cannot be more impressed with Michelle, Southside Florist. She did an outstanding arrangement for my aunts service. I live out of state but wanted to use local a business not an online order. She sent pictures before delivery incase I wanted to make changes which impressed me for the detail that she goes to for customer satisfaction. Thank you so much for help.

I am in Florida and called Michelle the owner at 5pm. She said she would text me early in the morning with the picture of arrangement and, when she texted me like she said she would the arrangement was Gorgeous! And I mean Gorgeous!!! She is very trusting, does an amazing job and my friend who received the Bouquet of flowers said that they smelled so good and were so beautifully made. Definitely use this company for any occasion. Very accommodating and definitely will be using them again in the future.Thank you.
Don’t be fooled by the small number of reviews, Michelle is a gem. I live in Washington state and needed to send a bouquet to a relative in the hospital back home. I chose Southside because of the time difference, I’m three hours “behind” and Michelle conveniently takes orders until 8PM KY time. I skimmed the website and called to place an order. I didn’t know what the recipient’s favorite flowers or colors were, so I simply asked for something in the $50-80 range and trusted the florist’s creativity. I was not disappointed — the bouquet was beautiful, very quickly made it to its destination, and I was promptly sent a receipt within the price range I asked for. I was satisfied with all aspects of the experience. In a world where customer service and accountability has gone down the drain in so many places, it was very refreshing to work with a friendly and competent small business owner. Hands down I will use Southside again whenever I need to send flowers to family. Thanks Michelle!
