I placed an order over the phone, which was my first mistake, and the person I was speaking to was not very informative. I asked for roses and pink flowers to be arranged and delivered; while the parameters were met, they were just barely met and in a lackluster way. The delivery person was not genial. I will not be using this location again.

Doesn’t look like what was ordered. Only had three roses. They also got delivered on the wrong day-the day they were ordered- kinda ruined the surprise.
3.5 stars Pros: 1) beautiful arrangement albeit different from what was pictured for my order, 2) reasonably priced for what you get, 3) next day delivery Cons: 1) I opted to add a 'small' order of chocolates (for $15) to the flowers. I assumed this would be a box of assorted chocolates but as you can see in the picture, it's just random bags and bars of chocolate. It looks like it was picked up at a drug store on the way to deliver the flowers. Just not really professional looking. 2) I left a note in my online order stating that the flower delivery person could leave the flowers at my mother's front door if no one was home (she was having out-patient surgery that day and I didn't know when she'd be home). Nowhere in the ordering process online does it say that a person must be present to deliver the flowers. After several hours of the delivery day had gone by and the flowers still weren't delivered, I called the florist and they told me they'd called my mom's phone (who was in surgery) and left a message asking when they could deliver the flowers. That's also when they informed me they can't delivery flowers unless someone is present. That would have been nice to know beforehand. Overall, a good experience. I will order from there again but won't order chocolates and will remember that the recipient must be present for delivery.
