This florist was a welcome surprise, they did an excellent job with some last minute flowers, making the bouquet for me on the spot with friendly service and an excellent product. Will definitely return.

I placed an order earlier today for some flowers for my mom's birthday. It only took about 2 hours for the flowers to be delivered. I was SO pleased by the customer service I was provided, and the flowers look AMAZING! I will definitely be using Nicholasville Florist again in the future.

They were awesome! I called to get a last minute order and they stayed open a bit later than they needed to. I appreciated this extra care!

I had ordered from this florist for a long time and always was happy with the freshness of the flowers and the good delivery. Until last August. I ordered an arrangement for a friend's birthday to be delivered on a certain day, which was extra important because she was out of town until sometime the prior evening. The florist delivered it the day before, leaving it on my friend's front porch. I did not receive notice of this. The next day, my friend told me she found them on her porch. She said they were fine, but of course that was not what I requested. I emailed to let them know of their mistake but got no response. Even though my communication with them had always been through their website and email and there had been no problems, I thought perhaps they were behind or extra busy and hadn't checked email, so I called the store. No one answered the phone (I think it was after closing) so I left a message explaining what had happened, and expected to receive a call back the next day, but did not. At this point, it appeared to me that they just didn't care, so I emailed and called again (left a message again) and said that since they didn't appear to care about their mistake they must not care about my business, and that I would find another florist to do business with. Here it is almost a year later, and I never heard a thing from them. I have moved on.

This is the place for flowers. My daughter picked various colors of purple for her wedding and she wanted real flowers in August. Kelly nailed it, and the arrangements were gorgeous. From the bouquets to the chair swags and even the flowers on the cake it was stunning and EXACTLY what she asked for. The price was very reasonable as well. I am so glad we found you all, thank you so much for helping make my daughter's wedding perfect.
