Really nice on the phone. However, flowers I ordered were not even close to what was delivered. And they use one of those review generators that reflect reviews that were not true. Disappointed, because they were for an anniversary.

I ordered flowers online with City Florist on 605 N Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653 to be delivered on Monday, 9/9/24. This bill was $56.16. City Florist called at 3:28pm and said she could not find the residence. I am not from Prestonsburg and do not know the lay-out of the town. She then figured out where the address was and said she was going to charge me MORE money to deliver the flowers. I said, "absolutely not, just give me a refund and keep the flowers". She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She then hung up on me. Around 10 minutes later, I get a notification on my phone that there was a new charge of $15.00 from City Florist. She literally charged my card with EXPLICIT directions not to do that. I DID NOT authorize the charge.
