What was ordered and what was delivered were two completely different things! The order delivered to a funeral is sparse with only ONE of the flowers pictured on the web page in the arrangement. ONE! I even wrote special instructions to PLEASE make it look like the one pictured. They failed...miserably! Make a few bucks today to lose thousands tomorrow. Not a great business plan!

HORRIBLE! I contacted the shop directly to order an arrangement for a friend her birthday, when she sent me the pic of the arrangement, it was pathetic. For $50, the arrangement had only 3 roses, maybe 3 carnations, and a few other filler flowers. I specifically asked for certain arrangement that was advertised on their website, when I spoke with the lady, she told me that was a universal website (even though the link clearly had their name in it), and then tried to pawn off the cheap and lack luster of the arrangement onto the usage in the photo of miniature roses. In the words of Donald Trump, WRONG! The to top it off, a little string of a bow was tied around the clear cheap vase, in the same manner as a kindergarten child's shoe string. Poor quality, and not customer friendly!

Purchased a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for Valentine’s Day on February 13th. Got a call at 8am on Valentine’s Day saying the flowers couldn’t be delivered because it was too far (I’m 10 miles from the store and had already paid for delivery). I said I understand and ask for a refund, the lady insisted she would just make the bouquet and it would be ready for me when I got there if there’s anyway I can make it down there today, I ended up agreeing to come pick them up myself. I left on my lunch break and go down to the shop, the three women in there can’t find my order. After several minutes of scavenging they found my receipt on the desk and one said “oh yeah I remember this one, we don’t have the flowers to make what you ordered”. Then she proceeded to offer me a $30 small bouquet of flowers after I had paid over $100 for the bouquet I ordered and was assured it would be ready for me when I got there. I ended up asking if I could at least pick out a bouquet for the same price as what I had paid online and they agreed. They were completely nonchalant about the ordeal acting like it was no big deal that I just paid over $100 for flowers that they didn’t even have (but advertised on their website) and had to come pick them up myself after paying for delivery (after their website said delivery was available). As I left the lady said, “make sure you come in person next year you’ll get better deals and prettier flowers.” Also, last year (2023) the bouquet that was delivered did not look a thing like what I ordered online and they forgot my extras I added, but this was handled much better when I called. I am very disappointed in the quality of service I received here.

I ordered flowers on February 13th to be delivered to my sister the next day. The lady who took my order told me they had over 100 orders that weren’t made yet but she could take my order and it would be delivered before 3. I called the next day around 3 due to non delivery and was greeted with an attitude and was told to call again in an hour to remind them to make my flowers and deliver them. I called back in an hour and they hadn’t put my flowers together yet but would do it now. Once my sister got them she called to thank me and told me the woman who delivered the flowers were rude. & to top it off the flowers that got delivered were not what I ordered. Mind you I paid for them the day before. I understand being busy on Valentine’s Day working in floral BUT if you’re so busy you’re forgetting to deliver orders you’ve already taken money for you should probably stop taking orders after a certain amount. Will never shop here again. $65 for a small flower display that wasn’t even pretty.

Very disappointed in the very straggly bouquet my husband ordered from this place for right at $100.00. His thought and kind gesture were and are priceless. This place is a joke! If I could post a pic or knew how to post one, I would!
