This florist is always timely, professional, reasonably priced, and extremely creative. I've called in short notice requests and they always meet the needs. Their delivery service is always on-time and with a smile. I certainly recommend this place to help with any occasion or those "just because" moments.
My family decided to call them for a funeral. They were willing to stay past closing time to help us. Upon arrival they showed great compassion and empathy. They never tried pushing for a sale, tried to give lower rates than originally expected. They also advised where to get some items at a better rate rather than trying to make a sell. The arrangements they made were beautiful. They have my business and my extended family's business for years to come.
So I ordered flowers for a friend for their birthday! They were delivered and I was so unhappy with them! I called the florist and let them know I was not satisfied! I explained that had gone to them for a need for a funeral and they were so helpful so I wanted to use them again and I so displeased with what my friend had received for her birthday. They immediately apologized for the flowers and explained they had to order a portion of that bouquet and offered to make them again and have the right flowers delivered the next day! Let me tell you they did not disappoint!!! I am beyond pleased with the flowers!!! Lesson learned always order in advance in case something has to be ordered!!! Thanks guys for delivering such beautiful flowers!!!
The Village Florist will always be our go to place in town! Judy and Angela make the best and most beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres ever! They always go above and beyond to make each occasion extremely special! The flowers for my daughter's wedding this weekend were spectacular. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother’s 60th birthday today, now I don't know if this is directly the florist issue but I ordered online from Ruth’s Roses (will post pics) and they outsource local florists to fulfill the order. What I received for my mother was completely disappointing and for the price, just overall ridiculous. The bouquet was a Lily/Rose bouquet. When she received it, it had 2 Lillie’s and full of supplement greenery, which is not at all what I wanted, why not supplement with another type of flower or CONTACT the buyer!! Just very upset and of course no one is willing to fix it. Just a very sad looking bouquet compared to what was expected.
