I placed an order for a beautiful arrangement of lilies and roses with fall accents "Fall Fantasia" through an obituary website. Flower Basket Inc was the local third party to handle the creation and delivery of the arrangement. I have never been as disappointed in a flower arrangement as I am today. I had expected something that was 'similar' to what I had ordered. A vase of carnations, three roses and a few daisies is a far cry from the "Fall Fantasia" that I paid for. Nothing about the delivered arrangement was "Fall Fantasia" It was however, unprofessional, cheap everyday flowers that are always on hand with more of summer feel.
A wonderful family owned (Vicki and Sidney) business that has all you need to find for special occasions and holidays themed flowers/gifts ideas. The flowers are fresh and last a while! Smells good inside like spiced candles and holidays! Excellent customer service! You can call on the phone for your orders and pay on the phone, you can come in person, and also can set up local deliveries. I am a repeat customer as they are close to the funeral home and to the Elliott Rehab and Nursing Center! Have never been disappointed. Update- used them again for this Mother’s Day bouquet and it was beautiful! Our Mom loved it! They accept donations of nice clean vases- if you donate any of your unused, unneeded vases you can ask them to gift them to a person who is tight on a budget and it helps regift the vase into use and saves a few dollars for a person on tight budget! Appreciate this floral business!!
